I'm currently sitting at the counter in my uncle and aunt's house in Washington. I know! No longer in Spain. It's a sad thought but on the other hand I just consumed a turkey sandwich and I wouldn't have been able to find that in Spain so life is pretty good. I know my last post was about the last week or so in Granada, but on the very last day I managed to take a break from packing up and walk around town with my friends. In the evening we headed up to the Alhambra with some wine to watch the sunset. It was lovely and surprisingly empty which made for some great photos. It was a pretty low-key last day which I really appreciated. Just being able to walk around my city one last time and soak it all in was so special. I hope someday I return and can see all of my favorite places again. If anyone is ever in the South of Spain, I highly recommend taking a little time to see the gem that is the city of Granada. You won't regret it.
